Our comfort guarantees
Our Energy Savings Plan has been designed to help you get the most from your energy dollars and give you confidence that you have the best home comfort protection. For your assurance, we offer you the following Comfort Guarantees.
100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a repair, we will return to fix it and we won't leave until you're satisfied.
Respect for your home. We always clean our work area when we finish a job. In order to protect your home, we lay down drop cloths and wear shoe covers.
Prompt service. If you lose your heating or cooling when the temperature is above 80° in the summer or below 60° in the winter, call us and we'll be there the same day.
Lifetime warranty on repairs. If a part needs to be replaced again, you pay nothing for the repair.*
Expert heating and cooling tune-ups. When we tune up your system, we don’t just “eyeball” your equipment. We ensure efficiency and performance by testing the complete operation of your system.
Priority scheduling. Calls from customers enrolled in our Energy Savings Plan move to the top of our list. We also reserve the first and last appointments of the day for you.
No subcontractors. We use only our own certified service technicians, who receive ongoing training and have all the resources they need to solve the most complicated problems.

Q: WHY SHOULD I INVEST IN AN ENERGY SAVINGS PLAN?
A: For peace of mind, comfort and savings.
Our Energy Savings Plan includes an annual
heating and cooling tune-up, repair savings and
a guaranteed fast response if you should need
additional service.
Q: WHY ARE TUNE-UPS IMPORTANT?
A: A tune-up can save you hundreds of
dollars on heating and cooling costs by
improving system efficiency. Tune-ups also
prevent many breakdowns and extend the
life of your equipment.
Q: HOW DO I SAVE ON REPAIRS?
A: Our Energy Savings Plan can save you
hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars on repair
costs over the life of your system. Without it, the
average cost of replacing a furnace blower motor
would be $426, including labor; replacing a condenser motor on a central air system could cost
$423, including labor. If you have our Gold Plan,
you’ll save 15% on the repair cost and 50% on
diagnostic charges. Better yet, the Platinum Plan
picks up 100% of the cost for replacing these
parts—and dozens of others! Plus, there are no
diagnostic fees.
Q: WHICH PLAN IS
BEST FOR ME?
A: Your choice depends on
the level of protection you’re
comfortable with. You may
be able to save the most with
our comprehensive Platinum
Plan because most repairs
are fully covered. However,
the Gold Plan, which
includes repair discounts
and a tune-up, can also serve
you well, especially if your
equipment is five years old
or less.

Q: WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT CAN I GET
COVERAGE FOR?
A: We offer coverage for gas furnaces, central
air conditioning systems and heat pumps. We also
offer coverage for residential tank-style water heaters,
humidification systems and air cleaners.
