A Home Comfort Agreement is the smartest investment that a homeowner can make. With a Home Comfort Agreement you can have your HVAC system serviced for as low as $99. On an individual basis this service would cost over $200.

You wouldn't drive your car 10,000 miles without changing the oil nor should you operate your air conditioner 2,800 hours (2-years) without having it inspected, cleaned and adjusted.HVAC systems require regular service to maximize operating efficiency and to maintain the certified factory ratings. By its fifth year a regularly serviced A/C system runs 18% more efficiently than a system without regular service.
Note: All manufacturers require annual maintenance for the factory warranty.
