If you own an old car, and decide to go on a cross-country road trip, common sense would send you to your mechanic before hand. Murphy's Law dictates that at the most inopportune part of the trip is when it will break down. Well, there's also Murphy's Law of Heating Systems, which states:
"Your furnace will break down on the coldest, windiest day of the year and your air conditioning will fail at the height of summer."
Of course, the weather in Georgia is a bit crazy. You can have 70-degree days in February. Yet, rest assured, it's the next week when it's a windshield factor of 10-degrees and your in-laws are in town that everything will go wrong.
There's also the Law of Warranty, that states, "as soon as a warranty is no longer good, there is a part that will break." These calls happen all the time. We hate when it happens, but it happens.
That's why we've come up with Assured Comfort's own laws. Our first law says that when we replace your system, we offer additional maintenance as part of the deal. Our second law says if you have our maintenance program and then something goes wrong, you don't have to pay for the maintenance visit. Last but least, is the law that you treat every customer right and give them the service they deserve, even at the busiest times of the year. Take that Murphy!
