Our air conditioner went out while both of our elderly moms were with us. It was a Sunday and we took a chance to see if they could come out without much extra charge. They didn't charge us anything more than any other time, sending a very qualified and friendly tech, Johnnie Curry, who came out and helped us find a fix so that we were back to enjoying the rest of our weekend visit within an hour. I called to ask for a tech to repair my AC. Within 2 hours Brandon was here and diagnosed the problem. A new capacitor was installed and works perfectly. So relieved as my regular AC company, who I've had a service contract with for several years, had informed me I need a new compressor to the tune of $3400! When I first contacted my former company, they told me it would be 2 days before they could come out. Then, they made an appointment to install the compressor on Thursday. That was 4 days without AC. They also wanted to be paid before they did the installation. I’m a female senior citizen and am thrilled I have found someone I trust.
