My technician, Michael Simmons, was detailed, efficient, solution-oriented, quick to pull in support staff where needed, and kept me informed of the what, why, how, solution, and estimate every step of the way. He was able to address issues with my low refrigerant, conduct a thorough leak search, correct my wiring, and confirm my thermostat was oriented correctly so my system would work cohesively as intended. He is definitely my go-to HVAC technician at Assured Comfort and is definitely a reason why I’d continue to go to this company for my HVAC, electrical, and plumbing needs for my home.
