John Chappell is an amazing plumber. He is so nice and does an extremely thorough exploration of your plumbing throughout the house. He found a very tiny hole in one of my copper pipes that, if left alone much longer, would have been an extreme emergency. He is very professional and knowledgeable, but at the same time he was very patient in explaining the issue to me. He is not the type of service person that just assumes you know the terminology and what they are talking about. I would recommend Mr. John to anyone.
