They did suggest a better quality one but did not have that on hand, but now I know if it happens again what to request. They were quick and efficient, had enough knowledge for all my questions, and even cleaned up after themselves, put my fence guard back on correctly, and were respectful. 10 out of 10.

Assured Comfort has assuredly received a 5+ rating for their professionalism, service, knowledge, and customer service period. I was impressed from my initial phone call from their receptionist. Then day #1 with Mr. Roberto and Mr. Guy with their assessment with our current HVAC system. My wife and I did not feel pressured because we knew we needed repairs or a new system. They were so informative that we were comfortable with the decision we made to upgrade. Then day #2, Mr. Terrance and Mr. Craig continued what we had already experienced on day #1 with the installation of our new system. I was amazed with the smooth installation! We hardly heard anything! The next thing I knew, they were finished, but not without explaining the entire process! Lastly, my wife and I are more confident about the future support that Assured Comfort will provide in the future. Something we did not receive from the company we previously had… it was horrible and probably led to the issues we had with our former system. I apologize for this long comment, but we were impressed! Keep up your good work!
