Covid-19 Information

Fox Service Company understands its responsibility for providing the safest environment for employees and customers.  Aligned with our commitment to safety, we have implemented the following protocols:

  • We have established CDC protocols in locations consistent with OSHA guidelines for a safe workplace. We provide all employees with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves, and sanitizer. In addition, we require any employees entering a customer's home to wear a mask, use gloves, wash their hands or use sanitizer, wipe any surfaces and maintain social distancing.
  • Any employees that have either been exposed to COVID or have tested positive for COVID will quarantine according to CDC guidelines and will only return to work when they can do so safely.
  • As part of our safety practices and before scheduling a visit, we ask all customers to identify if anyone in the household has tested positive for COVID or has COVID symptoms and will collaborate with customers to ensure the safety of both customers and employees.
